All items purchased can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value with no time limit.
One does NOT have to spend double or triple the amount of money — the exchange is simply at equal or greater value.
The only items that cannot be returned are custom built items and services rendered.
Warranty information
Jewelry items bought from The Diamond Vault are warrantied for any labor issues that include but are not limited to re-tipping prongs, polishing, rhodium plating, fixing broken shanks and broken heads.
Cleanings and checking of prongs and the ring are free and encouraged.
The warranty is free and is included with any jewelry item that is purchased from us.
The warranty is good throughout the lifetime of the jewelry item.
The warranty does not cover the loss of a jewelry item’s center diamond or any side diamonds that are individually over 1 Ct. in size. The customer’s optional insurance policy through his/her homeowner or other jewelry policy will protect you from this catastrophic and highly unlikely loss.
